What is your returns policy?
Have a return? You have the option to get a store credit or an exchange.
 

 

How do I return an item?

Please notify customer service by email, within 48 hours of receiving order, if you need to return an item. You will receive return info via email response.

You may return unworn items, in good condition, with tags attached, within 5 days of receipt. After 5 days, item becomes a final sale. 

Items must be shipped (postmarked) back to us within 5 business days, at your own expense.

Please allow two business days to process your return, upon receiving it. Once we receive your item in good condition, you will receive a store credit via email or a tracking number with your exchange.

What is your processing time?
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for your online order to process, excluding holidays. 

 

What items cannot be returned/exchaned?
All sales are final on accessories and sale items.
How do I track my order?
 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You may track your delivery via the courier source.

We are not responsible for unexpected delays caused by the courier.

 

 

 
Do you offer international shipping?

We offer  international shipping to Canada only. Our prices do not include duties, value-added taxes, or miscellaneous fees that may be assessed in connection with international shipping. If assessed, these charges are levied after your package leaves our possession and are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed for them by the local Customs Office, the shipping company, or others. Duties, value-added taxes and miscellaneous fees associated with your order are not refundable by Casting Call Boutique. Rejecting an order due to duties, taxes, or fees does not entitle the purchaser to a refund from us and may not avoid the duties, taxes, or fees.

 

What are your delivery options?
 

We ship via USPS and UPS.

International Shipping 

Orders to Canada and usually arrive within 7-14 business days for in-stock items (minus processing time).
